Congratulations to the Marketing & Management Academy for being awarded a first place, fourth place and two honorable mentions at the virtual enterprise business student competition in Bakersfield. The Marketing & Management Academy was among 100+ schools from throughout California and New York competing.

The popcorn cart is now open again Monday through Friday during both 4th and 5th period lunches in front of the Career Center. See you there!

Chilly in the morning, chilly at night, here is a suggestion: Warm up with an authentic Logan hoodie. Get one at Colt Necessities in the Career Center. Open Monday, Wednesdary and Friday during 4th & 5th period lunches. Stop by and check out the selection.

PSAT and PACT scores are back and available for pick-up before or after school, or during student’s lunch period in the Career Center.

ACTIVITY
Next Monday is the National Day of Service. Earn hours by planting trees, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. Join us at the skate park behind the library on January 16th.

Kitayama, Tropics Senior Mobile Home Park and Alameda Conservation District all have upcoming community service events and need your help. For these and other opportunities, visit the Career Center or its website.

SENIORS
Mark your calendars for the first of two Cash for College Nights. Bring your parents and their W-2 forms or last year’s tax returns to the Spot on January 26th @ 7 p.m., and leave with your FAFSA completed and submitted. Participation in the event puts you in the running for a $1,000 scholarship.

Financial aid packets for seniors are now available in the Career Center. Feel free to pick yours up before school, after school, or at lunch.

Hey Logan! Want to participate in and get exclusive info about upcoming drama events? Come to the Thespian Society meeting Wednesday after school in Room 722. There will be snacks!

There will be an Interact Club meeting on today after school in Room 84. Come join us, and feel free to bring a friend!
