MISCELLANEOUS
Drop-In homework/tutoring in Room 77 daily before school 7:30 to 8:30 a.m., Tuesday-Friday 3:30 to 4:30 p.m., and Saturdays 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Need Drivers Education? Your place is the Adult School. Cost is $125. Two summer offerings, each Mon. – Wed., 7 a.m. – 5 p.m., June 21, 22, 23 or August 2, 3, 4. Applications are now available in your house office or see Mr. Caruso in Room 77 for both an application and details.

James Logan Family Scholarship was won by Stephanie Ho.
Peter Mendoza Memorial Scholarship was won by Nargis Hakeem.
Fremont Freewheelers Scholarship had four winners: Alexys Cran, Whitney Kuang, Lily Nguyen and Analisa Duarte.
J&G Trees Scholarship had 2 winners: Brian Paz and Frestle Maestrado.
The CSEA Dependent Children Scholarships were won by Vanessa Castillo and Aeryk Hernandez.
Nick Staib wins another scholarship! This time it’s the ICF.
Nicole Ramos and Leslie Anne Salvador won the Kiwanis Turn-Around Scholarship.
And Whitney Kuang won the Bio-Rad Scholarship.

Even though many of these were smaller scholarships, together they amounted to over $8,000. Nice job and congratulations to all of you, and continued success!

SENIORS
Seniors, listen up! Here are several announcements for you…..

Senior Ball is next Saturday, May 29 from 8 p.m. to midnight at the Hayes Mansion in San Jose. This will be the last week to buy tickets at $100. Last minute tickets next week will cost you $120 per person. Don’t wait!

Senior Picnic tickets are now on sale for $20 per person. Enjoy a day with your friends at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. Charter bus transportation, lunch and an unlimited rides wristband are included.

If you ordered a Senior Panoramic Picture, please pick it up during lunch in the 300s courtyard near Room 67.

Students who plan on running for class office, please come to the mandatory Candidates Meeting tomorrow after school in Room 67. Election packets must be completed and submitted at this meeting.
