MISCELLANEOUS
NO OFF CAMPUS ROP CLASSES TODAY in Fremont.

Summer School Applications Now Available! Students, do you need to make up a failed class, or improve a pesky “D” you may have on your transcript? Well, summer school applications are now available in the counseling center. Adult School offerings will be limited this summer, so be sure to submit your signed summer school application by April 30th for preferred placement and registration. We have some interesting new offerings available this year, so check it out. See your counselor, Mr. Brar or Mr. Smith for more information.


Need Driver’s Education? Your place is the Adult School! Cost is $125. April 5, 6 & 7, M – W, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Applications are available in your House Office, or see Mr. Caruso in Room 77 for both an application and details. If you want, you can take the application and cash or check to the Adult School on Monday, April 5th.

Attention Students: As detailed in the Student Handbook, inappropriate displays of affection or sexual contact between two persons are not allowed. Parent contact will be made for those students unwilling to cooperate. Defiance of this policy will result in suspension.

Drop-In homework/tutoring in Room 77. Daily before school 7:30 to 8:30 a.m., Tuesday-Friday 3:30 to 4:30 p.m., and Saturdays 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Attention Interested Students: There will be a parent meeting about the cheerleading program on Tuesday, April 13, at 5:30 p.m. in The Spot. Parents and students welcome.

More community service opportunities coming your way thanks to Fremont Freewheelers Bicycle Club. Come out and help with this year’s 38th Annual Century Ride starting and ending at Logan on April 11th. For more details open your Logan e-mail. And don’t miss this one because it’s a lot of fun and easy hours!

ACTIVITIES
Eastin Elementary’s PTC needs student volunteers on April 12 & 14. For more details, read your Logan e-mail.

Artists: Turn in your best original artwork to Room 86 for the Congressional Art Competition. Due Friday.

Junior Prom is on Saturday, May 1st and Senior Ball is on Saturday, May 29th. Tickets go on sale after Spring Break in the 300s courtyard near Room 67. If you are planning on bringing a non-Logan guest, please make sure you complete a guest pass before purchasing your guest’s ticket. Guest passes are now available in the grade 11/12 office. Junior Prom tickets are $40 per person and Senior Ball tickets are $80. Prices will go up, so plan to buy them as early as possible. You will need your current school I.D. card to purchase your own ticket, as well as your date’s I.D. # for theirs.

Sign up now in the Career Center for Ohlone Assessment Testing here at Logan after Spring Break.
