Leading up to our homecoming game and homecoming dance is Spirit Week.
Starting today, Logan students are showing their school spirit by dressing up in what their leadership class has assigned for each day of the week.
Today, freshmen came dressed as their favorite superhero. Tuesday is Hawaiian day. On Lazy Baby Day, otherwise known as pajama day, which is Thursday, freshman can come in their pajamas or whatever they wear when they’re feeling lazy. On Friday freshman can wear yellow to represent the graduating class of 2013. One freshman said that the freshmen leadership class “should be more creative. I think they could do much better than that.”
Due to Veterans Day there will be no school on Wednesday, November 11th.

Seniors Alan Chan, Alex Gonzales,
Karla Lopez, Joey Blackard and Dillan
Beyne scored points in their togas.

Sophomores Jan Narciso, Sara Nam,
Sierra Pareles and Stara Azia dressed

Sophomores start the week off by wearing plaid for Mad for Plaid day, on Monday. On Tuesday they will dress up in their best winter attire forWinter Wonderland Day. Thursday sophomores will be dressing up for Video Game Day and can possibly come as their favorite video game character. On Friday sophomores should come decked out in green to show their spirit for the graduating class of 2012.
On Monday, juniors showed up in their spandex, leotards, headbands, and legwarmers for Junior Jazzercise Day. They can show off their fierceness on Tuesday for Juniors of the Jungle Day. And on Thursday can bring out their army print close for GI Juniors. On Friday to represent their graduating class, 2011, juniors should wear white to school. One junior found the choices for spirit week “ pretty cool. Boys and Girls can dress up with both, but jazzercise is pretty girly.”
Seniors can come dressed up in their togas on Monday for the ever so cliché Toga Day. Seniors can wear their high water pants, accessorize with calculators and glasses for the usual Nerd Day, on Tuesday. Thursday is Senior Citizen Day, so seniors should remember to bring their walkers. On Friday seniors should wear black to represent their graduating class of 2010. Some seniors find the repeating spirit week themes boring, while others see it as tradition.
So starting Monday, November 9th, show your school/class spirit by dressing up and attending the homecoming rally, dance and game.
