M.E.Ch.A.’s Cinco de Mayo Car Show is coming! Food, music and rides. If you want an application to enter your cars/bikes/trucks, see Ms. Esquivez, Room 407.

All candidates for ASB elections, there is a candidate meeting today, April 28th, at 3:40 p.m. after school in Room 67. Please have your completed packet.

Students: Nominate a teacher or counselor for Teacher of the Year. Get a nomination form from a teacher or house office. The deadline is Wednesday!

M.E.Ch.A. is holding their annual Cinco de Mayo car show May 1st. Admission is only 50¢. We’ll have music, taco trucks and nice rides. See Ms. Esquivez.

Any students interested in running for ASB office, your completed application packets are due at the candidate’s meeting today after school in Room 67.

Students: Summer school applications are now available in the counseling office. We have a wide variety of classes available which will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so get your application in early to guarantee your spot. Classes run from 7:40 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., and start Tuesday, June 16th, running through Thursday, July 23rd. For more information, see Mr. Camacho, Ms. Kim or Mr. Smith.

Logan has a great place to study, work on projects, use a computer, and get tutoring from your fellow students in most subjects. Logan’s Open Room 77. Monday - Friday, 7:30 to 8:30 a.m., Tuesday - Thursday, 3:30 - 4:30 p.m., and Saturdays 8:30 - 12:30. Make the right choice and your grades will improve too!

Attention Club Advisors and Presidents: Unity Fair applications will be available in Room 67 on Wednesday, April 29th. Please come unite with the other clubs on campus!

JUNIORS
Prom King and Queen nominations start today, April 28th, during lunch. Nominations end on Thursday, April 30th.

Juniors! Prom is in 4 days on Saturday, May 2, at 8:00 p.m.! Still haven’t bought your tickets? Get them today at the last-minute price of $70 per person. We will stop selling tickets on Thursday. Don’t miss out on the delicious food, great music, and memories!

SENIORS
Seniors! Grad night room sign-ups begin on Wednesday, April 29th. Please make sure you have your grad night paid off. Five people to a room. Sign up in Room 67.

Seniors! The Senior Ball is on Saturday, May 23rd at 7:00 p.m. and is a cruise on the bay with a buffet dinner. Tickets are $125. Buy your tickets now in the 300s courtyard near Room 67 during lunch before prices go up!

Seniors, do you still need community service? Then help out in the first Logan Beautification Day on Saturday, May 2, from 8 am to 2 pm. We will be cleaning up Logan! Sign up in the 12th Grade Office or Ms. Billingsley’s office.
