They'll meet the Antioch Panthers of the Bay Valley Athletic League on Wednesday at 7 p.m. at Logan. The 11th-seed Panthers bring a 14-10 record to the game. Logan finished the season at 20-5 to earn the sixth seed.

MVAL rival Irvington, 15-10, who the Colts beat on Friday to earn the MVAL's automatic spot in the upcoming tournament, convinced the committee to give them an at-large spot in the playoffs and the 11th seed. They play fifth seed Amador Valley, 18-5, of Pleasanton, from the East Bay Athletic League, at Amador Valley at 5 p.m. tomorrow.

Newark Memorial, 13-11, got the final spot in the NCS playoffs, the 16th seed, and will play top-seeded California HIgh School of San Ramon, the EBAL champs, at California at 5 p.m. tomorrow. It's Newarm Memorial's 13th straight appearance in the playoffs.

If Logan beats Antioch Wednesday night, they'll play the winner of Wednesday afternoon game between third-seed Deer Valley of Antioch and 14th seed Liberty of Brentwood, a BVAL member, which has a 14-10 record, on Friday or Saturday.
